Pie offers an affordable desktop product and service that together, dramatically simplify the installation, maintenance and expansion of your home network and digital home environment. Pie self-discovers all devices, automatically configuring, repairing and updating where required. The Pie device and “always-on” service remain vigilant in its monitoring and maintenance to automatically keep your digital home running smoothly. In essence, Pie removes the hassle and complexity of managing your home network and maintaining your digital home.
Market Opportunity
The Diffusion Group reports that companies serving U.S. broadband homes are now pocketing more than $50 billion in annual profits. This market will approach $90 billion by 2010, driven by rapid improvements in digital home technologies and innovative new service models.

Pie tackles the consumer customer service challenge in a manner that delivers value to the product manufacturer, network provider, retailer and consumer. By monitoring and managing the home computer network environment, Pie reduces product returns, cuts down on service calls and generally contributes to an overall happier consumer.
